What would happen if four families each contributed one member to create a new family? In this episode of Family Swap, swap siblings Alexis Tae and Ricky Spanish have joined their swap parents Aaliyah Love and Charles Dera for a white elephant gift exchange. All the gifts are sexual in nature, like a dildo or a massager. Things get a bit heated when Aaliyah tries to snag the massager from Alexis.
